Reservations can be canceled NaN day before arrival at no cost. In this case, the prepayment made will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notification. In case of cancellation after this date or failure to show up at the property on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest for 20.00% of the reservation value.
